Changing gallery shows

Byers-Evans House Gallery

The Byers-Evans House Gallery, located in the museum’s Visitor Center, brings changing displays focusing on Denver, Colorado, and the Rocky Mountain West.  Shows feature nationally known photographers, painters, ceramicists, and weavers.

When to Visit

Open 10 am to 4 pm Monday–Saturday. Admission is free.

It is also open from 5 to 9 pm on the first Friday of all months except July and December for the First Friday Art Walks. Free guided house tours are offered and you are encouraged to view exhibitions at over a dozen neighboring galleries in the Golden Triangle Museum District.

Anne Evans: Colorado's Cultural Visionary

The Byers-Evans House Museum in concert with the The Denver Public Library, and the Central City Opera, hosts a three-part exhibition featuring the life and work of Anne Evans. The exhibit tells the story of one of the most influential but least known of the leaders in the cultural development of Denver and Colorado.
