Historic Grant-Humphreys Mansion
History of the House
The Beaux-Arts mansion is an exuberant mixture of elements, combining a brick facade with terra cotta balustrades, projecting balconies and 20 foot columns. The 30-room mansion was completed in 1902 at a cost of $35,000.
