Interlibrary Loan Policy

The Stephen H. Hart Library grants no interlibrary loans, but makes every effort to serve requests by photocopy, microfilm, etc.  We will photocopy specified pages from books, serials, and non-restricted manuscript collections (subject to copyright laws), and other collections. We will also photocopy photographs from a specified subject area.  Newspaper microfilm cannot be loaned, but entire reels of microfilm can be ordered according to the schedule below.  Specific articles may also be requested and searched as explained below.

Out-of-State Requests

Charge per request: $20
Photocopies: (includes one-half hour search, 5 pages, postage)
Additional photocopies:  50 cents per page     

In-State Requests

Charge per request: $15
(includes search, 5 pages, postage)
Over 5 pages:  50 cents per page

Microfilm: Duplicate positive 35 mm

$100 per reel
$5  postage per reel
6–8 week delivery
