Hands-On History: Give Thanks! Celebrate Our Communities

Join us for 3 school break camps at the History Colorado Center where we will bring history to life and connect to our large world in engaging and exciting ways. These camps are for young people ages 6 to 12 years old.

Campers in this year’s Fall camp will learn the stories and perspectives of the different Indigenous communities that call, and have called, Colorado home through hands-on activities, exhibit exploration, and a special service project!

As always, Hands-On History is led by museum professionals, interns and volunteers who have passed state background checks. We know that safety is one of the top considerations when choosing care for your child, and never more so than during a public health crisis. Learn how we plan to keep students and staff safe. Space is limited and cohorts will be limited to 10 children.
