Hands-On History Camps at the History Colorado Center

This summer, the History Colorado Center brings 8 weeks of summer camp for young people ages 6 to 12 years old to learn and create together through hands-on activities that bring history to life and connect to our larger world! Eight unique weekly themes range from history mysteries, to storytelling, to mad science, and more!

And, this year there will be a full week of Spring Break Camp at the History Colorado Center!

Summer Camp 

Weekly Themes:  Investigate! History's Mysteries,  Persist! The Strength of Community, Discover! Colorado Time Machine, Splash! Wacky Water Week, Write! Storytelling Through Time, Voyage! Around the World,  Explore! Colorado's National Parks,  Move! Olympic Campers.

WHERE: History Colorado Center, 1200 Broadway, Denver
WHEN: June 10th - August 9th *no camp July 1st - 5th*, 8 am to 4 pm
WHO:  Kids grades 1-8 
COST: $300 per week, with automatic tuition assistance.

  • History Colorado Members, including History Buff Fourth Grade Members: save 10%
  • Early bird registration: save 10% by registering before Feb. 28 for spring break and before May 12 for summer camp
