This webinar is designed to kick off Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month and give those having limited or no familiarity with archaeology a brief introduction to the profession, common terms, and preservation issues. The webinar will also explain the purpose and organization of the Program for Avocational Archaeological Certification (PAAC), which is History Colorado's Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation's main education and certification program for those wanting a greater connection to the great archaeology of Colorado.
