Once again, immigration has become a contentious national issue. Discussions have sometimes been clouded by shaky assumptions, misperceptions and fear. William Wei, State Historian, addresses these concerns through an historical analysis of immigration to Colorado, looking at its effect on the state and at the people who’ve migrated here. He’ll also assess the significance of the contemporary influx of immigrants to Colorado.
