Year of La Chicana

Year of La Chicana Film Festival

This event, part of History Colorado's Year of La Chicana series, is a partnership between the Pueblo County Community Library District and El Pueblo History Museum. Join us for a special film festival that celebrates and honors La Chicana past, present and future and shares her story through film. These special screenings will connect the core issues of the Chicano movement with present-day issues of social justice, identity, and inclusion. All films will be screened in the InfoZone Theater on the fourth floor of the Rawlings Library in downtown Pueblo!

We'll feature additional film screenings throughout the year, at least one every month. Keep you eye on our newsletters and our Facebook page for more info!
