The project is requested by the Capitol Building Advisory Committee, an advisory committee to the Colorado General Assembly consisting of legislators and members of the public, to help the committee evaluate requests to make changes to the grounds. The project will encompass the site’s history, evaluate existing conditions, and provide guidance for policies and procedures that the committee can use in the future.
