First National Bank (Magnolia Hotel)

It was the first bank to locate on 17th St. and thus represents the beginnings of the thoroughfare’s development into the financial center of Denver and the surrounding region.  The property is associated with the Historic Resources of Downtown Denver Multiple Property Submission.
