Centennial Farms & Ranches

Garvey Brothers Land and Cattle LLC

Montrose County

Martin and Flora Sage were some of the original pioneers in Pinion, Colorado as members of the Colorado Cooperative Company, a socialist community that build the 17-mile ditch that still brings water to Nucla.

The family had permits to run cattle on the Uncompahgre Forest and raised hay in the summer. The family has since expanded their cattle ranch. The LLC is active in the local chamber of commerce and the family is active in the local community. They are proud to be part of such a long ranching tradition.
