Frank and Iona Lett married in 1926 and soon began constructing buildings on the rented land that they would purchase two years later.

Even as more parcels augmented the property in later years-—Frank bought a nearby plot in 1942, for one-—the land was always home to cattle. Rick and Jennie Lett purchased the land in 1981, which is used today as their business headquarters as well as a fun center for their grandchildren.
