McNulty-Kencham House
Denver County
The McNulty House is one of a series of six designed by prominent Denver architects William Lang and Marshall Pugh for real estate developer Ralph Voorhees. For many years, the house was home to Elizabeth McNulty, a teacher at nearby Glen Park School, and her two aunts.
The architects employed the Queen Anne style with several original touches. The most distinctive features of this 1891 brick residence are the facade dormer and the round corner tower. The property is associated with the West Colfax Subdivision Historic Structures Thematic Resource.
