This typical clapboard sided miner’s cottage was constructed in 1885.
The original one-story dwelling had an L-shaped plan and a steeply pitched cross gabled roof. The west façade features a large double hung window topped with a decorative pent roof and a flat roofed porch with built up posts and a decorative frieze. Listed under Historic Resources of Aspen Multiple Resource Area.
