Born and raised in Colorado, Lily spends her professional time in public service to the people of Colorado. Most recently she directed programs in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana on the 2020 census. She enjoys spending time on her genealogy. Lily holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in history from the University of Colorado, Denver.
