History Colorado and Rocky Mountain PBS Launch Online Video Series and Contest about Historic Preservation, Claire’s Clues

DENVER -  History Colorado, in partnership with Rocky Mountain PBS, invites families to watch Claire’s Clues, an online video series about important historic sites in Colorado that are featured in season III of Rocky Mountain PBS’s award-winning documentary series, Colorado Experience, airing every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Take the Claire’s Clues quiz each Friday for a chance to win prizes. Claire’s Clues is a great way to have fun together as a family while also learning about significant places in Colorado history.

The first Claire’s Clues video launched last Thursday, October 1, and garnered more than 2,600 views in its first five days. Watch the first webisode, and take the first quiz, on History Colorado’s Facebook page.

How to play Claire’s Clues:

Step 1: Follow History Colorado and Rocky Mountain PBS's Colorado Experience on Facebook.

Step 2: Each Thursday visit the History Colorado Facebook page for the Claire's Clues video that will introduce you to the historic site featured in that night's episode of Colorado Experience.

Step 3: Watch Colorado Experience every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. on Rocky Mountain PBS!

Step 4: Come on back to the History Colorado Facebook page every Friday to test your knowledge and see what you learned! Take the quiz for a chance to win cool prizes.

Step 5: Each time you take the Claire's Clues quiz, you'll be entered for a chance to win fun prizes, like visits to historic sites! You'll even have a chance to win grand prizes that include an on-air appearance on Rocky Mountain PBS or a VIP behind-the-scenes tour of History Colorado's collections! The more you play, the more chances you have to win.
