History Colorado Calls on Coloradans to Suggest Exhibit Stories

DENVER –  As Patty Limerick begins her role as State Historian she is requesting Coloradans to help develop History Colorado’s next exhibits. Limerick called out in her letter to the public, “As I begin my term, I ask for your help. As a Coloradan who appreciates the value of history in our lives, you have ideas, inspirations, and aspirations I should have in mind.”

History Colorado has been dedicated to talking to visitors and collecting feedback for the past several years. The creation of exhibits at History Colorado has relied on community advisory groups and gathering ideas from our visitors. Now, this new form will be available online in hopes to reach the entire state.

Share your ideas for History Colorado’s future exhibits by filling out the form at http://www.historycolorado.org/colorados-story-form or by emailing them to Jason Hanson, Deputy State Historian, at jason.hanson@state.co.us. History Colorado thanks you in advance, as you help guide us into the future of our museums across the state.
