Fire Station No.3 is a 1931 Spanish Bungalow style, one-story fire house continuously owned and operated by the Denver Fire Department. The Spanish Bungalow was a popular style during the 1920s and 1930s when the building was constructed. This building includes a terra cotta clay tile roof, a pitched roof in front, gabled parapets to represent low-pitched clay tiled roofs, and window pairings with brick arch details.
