Ruble-Orendorf Mercantile

The Ruble-Orendorf Mercantile building is a two-story Late 19th Century/Early 20th Century Commercial Style building. The building sits in a central location on Norwood, Colorado’s main street (Grand Avenue), with the front façade of the building facing south.

The Kropf Brothers Mercantile Company is a rectangular-plan, early twentieth century commercial building with large storefront aluminum windows and a central double-door entrance on the first floor of the front (east) facade.

Casper Forman and Nancy Lee Hegner House

The Casper Forman Hegner and Nancy Lee Hegner House is an excellent example of the International style, and its earliest residential example completed within the City and County of Denver.1 The residence, designed in 1935 and completed in 1936, is located in the Washington Park neighborhood of east-central Denver, Colorado, at the northwest corner of South University Boulevard and East Dakota Avenue.
