The 1914 bridge was erected by the Trinidad Foundry and Machine Company.  Their design was based upon a patent filed by Colby M. Avery in 1894. 

Circa 1994, as part of the Colorado Department of Highway’s Adopt-a-Bridge program, the bridge was dismantled, transported, and subsequently reassembled for use as a pedestrian bridge along the Runyon Commuter Trail in Pueblo.  It was removed from the National Register but remains listed on the State Register.

The fairground complex was the largest Great Depression era Works Progress Administration architectural project in Durango.  The site served as a fairground since the late 1800s. 

A.W. Winegar built this two-story brick commercial building in 1907.  Distinctive for its degree and type of detailing, the structure dominates the main commercial street comprised mainly of small and modest one and two-story brick structures.

The Club building represented the successful efforts of the women of the community to plan and finance a center of social activities.  

Collapsed due to deterioration and snow load.

Destroyed by fire in 1998
