The Colorado Main Street program provides technical assistance, education and advocacy to local communities to build local capacity to preserve and revitalize historic downtown commercial districts.
DOLA has set specific preservation standards for the Colorado Main Street program as outlined in this application to address the preservation needs of our 21 Main Street communities. Through technical assistance, education, and advocacy, the Colorado Main Street program will improves our communities statewide.
