Denver & Intermountain Interurban No. 25
Jefferson County
Interurban No. 25 operated over the interurban rail network which provided passenger service during the first half of the twentieth century between Denver and Golden.
The car ran on Route 84 of the system from 1911 until the end of service in 1950. From an engineering perspective, car No. 25 is the only known surviving example of an intact, standard gauge, electric interurban railway car built by Denver’s Woeber Car Company.
