Estabrook Historic District

The district consists of a variety of structures including a stone lodge, several ranch related buildings, a depot, and a small railroad bridge.

The district is associated with the Denver South Park & Pacific Railroad and its influence on the early development of tourism in the area.  The Rustic style buildings within the district display a high level of craftsmanship.
