Fetz/Keller Ranch Headquarters

Montrose County

Founded in 1888, the Fetz/Keller Ranch Headquarters is an excellent and particularly well-preserved example of a rural agricultural headquarters, reflecting a diversified farming and ranching operation that probably peaked in production during the 1910s and early 1920s.

The property retains a variety of representative examples of agricultural buildings and structures, including an exceptionally well-preserved Late Victorian farmhouse, a barn with attached corrals and pole sheds, Quonset hut, two large ventilated sheds, structural clay tile silo, metal grain bin, and a “you-pick” fruit payment booth.
