The construction documents will also incorporate the recommendations made in the 2013 Moisture Investigation and Masonry Material Testing Report to resolve continued rising damp issues, moisture intrusion, and positive drainage issues. The grant also includes selective demolition of non-original materials to assist in the completion of the construction documents, the purchase and installation of storm windows, and the installation of metal coping at the parapet walls to stop moisture intrusion into the masonry walls.
