Bennett House
Larimer County
The Bennett House is reportedly one of the few examples of two-story wood-frame Edwardian-style residential architecture in Fort Collins.
Constructed ca. 1907 for Isaac W. Bennett, a prominent figure in the early development of the sheep industry in Larimer County, the Bennett House exhibits distinctive elements characteristic of the Edwardian style, including a multi-gabled roof, asymmetrical massing, simple exterior surfaces, and classical details.
